Shipping
Every Daygo Vs Everyone item is made to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships. During major drops, holidays, or high-volume periods, production may take longer.
Delivery estimates appear at checkout and begin after production is complete. Carrier delays, weather, customs, and incorrect address information may affect delivery. Tracking details are emailed when your order ships.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or carrier fees charged by their destination country.
Address Changes
Contact us as soon as possible if your shipping address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee changes after an order enters production or ships. Customers are responsible for orders delivered to the address entered at checkout.
Returns and Exchanges
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for choosing the wrong size, changing your mind, or ordering the wrong color. Please review the product description and size guide before purchasing.
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue. Approved claims will be replaced or refunded to the original payment method.
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible. Gift cards and items marked final sale are also not returnable, except where required by law.
Lost or Missing Orders
If tracking shows no movement for an extended period or your package appears lost, contact us with your order number. If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier first, then contact us for assistance.
How to Request Help
Use our Contact page and include your order number, the email used at checkout, and a short description of the issue. Please do not send products back without contacting us first.
